Esta casa prototipo, construida con hormigón visto, plantea como objeto de proyecto devolver a la ciudad los espacios verdes, acomodando la alta densidad de la vivienda con grandes árboles tropicales. Con una gruesa capa de suelo, estos "potes" también funcionan como cuencas de agua pluvial para la detención y retención, por lo tanto, contribuyen a reducir el riesgo de inundaciones en la ciudad cuando esta idea se multiplique a un número mayor de viviendas en el futuro.
